Once our products leave the Duggos HQ and land in your dog’s eagerly awaiting paws (or yours), they’re yours to keep! Due to the nature of our grooming products, we can’t accept returns. After all, once your pup’s drool is involved, it’s best for everyone if we don’t take those products back, right?

While returns aren’t in the cards, we’re all about making things right if your order isn’t up to snuff. If something’s gone awry—whether it’s the wrong product, a damaged item, or just something that doesn’t meet our high standards—we’re here to make it right.

Replacement or Refund—Your Choice!


If there’s a problem with your order, just give us a bark (or, you know, an email) at info@duggos.com. Our friendly customer service team will be on it faster than your dog chases a squirrel. We’ll either send out a replacement or issue you a full refund—whichever tickles your fancy.
